What is Commitment?

“Commitment is doing the thing you said you would do, long after the feeling you said it in has passed.”

This statement is borrowed from a mentor of one of my mentors.

Upon reflection, the only time that I have truly disappointed myself was when I over-promised and under-delivered.  How can this be remedied?   Take the time to understand what you are committing to before making that commitment.  Be realistic and clear.  Yes, it is that simple.

Reflect before you speak.  Allow your words to have meaning.

It can be easier than you think to trip on this one.

  • Words are easily said, but are the actions there to follow it up?
  • Are you CLEAR about the commitments you make and the commitments you keep?
  • Do your lips say yes and your actions say no?

Unconscious patterns and old habits may have us saying one thing and doing another.  When your thoughts words and actions are not in alignment, stress in the result.  When you are ready to move past this, you are ready for a Clearing session to remove these blocks once and for all.

I have recently worked with Judi for only a few sessions and they were magnificent and extremely powerful. I am healer myself and Judi is clear, insightful and on target throughout each session. She has helped me enormously with gaining clarity in my personal and professional life. Her intuition and insights are a gift to all of us on this planet. Thanks Again!
